A planning session for the route down to the Ride to remember has been scheduled for April 30th at President Jay Rubin’s house. Projected start time is 4:00 pm, although not set in stone yet. There is talk of having a ride together before the meeting to practice group riding skills.

All groups are welcome (those going down in two days, and those going down in 1 day, heck, even those who are not going down can toss in their opinions).

Bring maps, laptops, GPS receivers, pad and pencil, or anything else to contribute your thoughts on the route.

Our first two “official” rides for 2006 have been announced.

April 23 - Ride to Catoctin Mountains including a pass past Camp David.

May 7 - For those who are not going to the Ride to Remember, how about a ride to Summit Point Raceway.

Both of these rides are open to everyone, members and non-members. Some future rides will be for members only.

Our Ride Rabbi, Matt Rosenstock is planning both of these rides. More detail (i.e. start times and locations) will be given out later.
