About The Tribe MC, and how to join
Welcome to The Tribe Motorcycle Club, a Washington DC area Motorcycle Club for Jewish riders. The Tribe MC is all about promotion, encouragement and growth of Jewish traditions and knowledge within the context of motorcycling and social activities. We have a number of rides, some organized well in advance and others more ad hoc. Our ride calendar is being developed for 2009, and will contain a complete and continuously updated list of our organized rides — please check it regularly.
The Tribe officers are:

In addition to the above officers, (POSITION VACENT, PLEASE SEE “Search for a new Road Rabbi” BELOW) serves as the club’s Ride Rabbi.

The Tribe Motorcycle Club (The TribeMC) has 2 categories of membership: Regular and Associate. Regular is for the primary member who must be an active motorcycle rider. The Associate is for the non-riding spouse, significant other, or immediate family member of a Regular member. Current dues (effective February 1, 2006) are $20 for Regular members and $10.00 for Associate members—by check only. Renewals will remain at $18 and $9, respectively. As The TribeMC is a motorcycling club, we will only accept applications from those who currently own and ride a motorcycle.
Membership is on a secular calendar year basis. Please fill out (completely) and send the application form found here. (checks for NEW membership cannot be accepted without an accompanying application form) and your membership checks (payable to The Tribe) to:

With your new membership (Regular member only), you will receive a club patch. Checks for new membership received on or after October 1st will be applied to the next calendar year.
